At Pikes Peak CrossFit, we program your workouts, instruct you to move safely, scale the workout to your intensity, offer nutritional guidance to help you achieve your goals, and are committed to each client every time you walk in the door.
A dynamic CrossFit class for all levels from beginner to advanced. An experienced CrossFit Coach will lead you through an inspirational warmup followed with a skills lesson, followed by the daily WOD or Workout of the Day.
